About two weeks ago, I designed some business cards for Lauren Fairweather and also decided I wanted some for myself. Lauren introduced me to moo.com, who have really great prices for a lot of different types of printing. I ordered 100 minicards for only $20, and Moo lets you have different images on the backs of the cards, so I got them in three different colors. The idea is that I can fill in the blank with whatever I am to whoever I give it to - when I go to internship interviews I can write in graphic designer, and when I go to YouTube gatherings I can write in video blogger, and when I go to Hogwarts I can write in Slytherin. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Simple, elegant and functional. Wonderful job designing it Karen
ReplyDeleteVery cool, Karen!
ReplyDeleteThose are really sweet, Karen! I'm currently working on designs for my moo.com cards, too. I want to have some before VidCon! (Because - hopefully! - I'm going!)
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love them.
ReplyDeleteWow! As a sociology student I love them, because obviously we wear a lot of different hats, depending on the situation. Neat idea!
ReplyDeleteNice. I'll probably end up ordering some cards through that site.
ReplyDeleteKAREN! This idea is AMAZING! I love these so much. They're so versatile and the fact that you have to physically write in the blank space gives it a personal touch that i'm very sure whoever gets them will be impressed. personal touches like that are always a good idea when it comes to job interviews and such.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely idea!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love them! <3
ReplyDeleteThese are so colourful - a great idea :)
ReplyDeleteThose are sweet! Your graphic design stuff is amazing, I wish I could do it. I may actually attempt to find a course on it once I finish my degree. You would be almost entirely my inspiration.
